Description:

The Seneca Z-4TC-D is designed to receive a maximum of 4 thermocouple or low voltage inputs which are isolated and converted to a 2 digital channel configurable as a clock or a reset input.
Programming of the Z-4AI-D is possible using PGM or standard PLCs allowing further configuration of the device including Filter time, Input time, Scales and the serial interface used.

J,K,R,S,T,B,E, and N Thermocouple type
Voltage: bipolar 80 mV

PLC communication: 3-wire synchronous serial with CLOCK, DATA and STROBE mode.
Sampling time selectable at 450 ms at 14 bit + sign, 240 ms at 13 bit + sign.
Input Protection and Isolation.
3 Port galvanic Isolation between Input, Output and Power Supply.
Compatible with the Z-PC-DIN and Z-PC-DINAL saving wiring and time by power sharing using the BUS connection.
Up to 100m communication distance (with shielded cable).
