Description:

The Seneca Z-DAQ is designed to accept a single channel analogue input which can then be incorporated to a SCADA system or other ModBus RTU compatible supervisory system thanks to the Z-DAQ's 2 Wire RS485 ModBus RTU connectivity. The Seneca Z-DAQ is characterised by the vast number of possible analogue input types it can be used with.

• Thermocouples J, K, R, S, T, E, B and N
• Thermo-resistances Ni100 or PT100 3 or 4 wire
• Signals in ohm (potentiometers)
• Signals in current: up to 20 Ma
• Signals in voltage: up to 10 V
• Input impedance: 2,5 ohm for current input, 1 Mohm for voltage input
• Input protection: 60 V continuous
• Interface:
• 2 wire, Serial RS485  with selectable speed : 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 baud
• Communication protocol: MODBUS RTU
• Communication time: < 20 ms at 38400 baud
• Connection distance: up to 1200 m
• Sampling time: 300 ms
• DIN Rail mounting case
• Compatible with Z-PC-DIN and Z-PC-DIN-AL bus wiring system
• Power Supply:
• 19 to 40 Vcc or
• 19 to 28 Vca
• 50 or 60 Hz
