Description:

The Z-PID is designed to interface transducers and instruments with different analogue signals to a ModBUS RTU System with RS485.
The Z-PID also has an Analogue output and an integrated PID controller.
When the device is used in a temperature related application it's integratred PID controller can take into consideration the actual temperature and the desired temperature automatically adjusting it's output signal to ensure minimum under/overshoot.

    • Thermo-resistance Ni100 - PT100 3 / 4 wire
    • Signal in ohm (potentiometer)
    • Signal in current : up to 20 Ma
    • Signal in voltage : up to 10 V
  • Output 
    • 4 to 20 mA or
    • 0 to 20 mA
  • Integrated PID controller
  • Sampling time 300 ms
  • Input protection up to 60 V (excluding mA input).
  • 1500 Vac input insulation with respect to remaining low voltage circuits.
  • RS485 serial communication with MODBUS – RTU protocol, maximum 32 nodes.
  • Automatic setting of default values for regulator in the event of control system failure
  • Communication times below 20 ms (at 38400 baud)
  • Connection distance up to 1200 m

    • 19 to 40 Vdc
    • 19 to 28 Vac
    • 50/60Hz
