Description:

The Seneca Z109PT is a compact single input, single output temperature transmitter specifically for PT100 sensors, either 2, 3 or 4 wire connected. It is designed to be easily configured without using a PC by the onboard DIP switches.
The Z109PT features full three-point galvanic isolation between input, output and power supply which offers protection to both the unit and other connected equipment to a maximum of 1500V. It also prevents earth loop and potential difference problems when connecting between different areas of site.
The Z109PT is DIN Rail mountable and offers easy connection using a detachable screw clamp "plug in" terminal system.

Specification:

• Input: 2 or 3 wire PT100 connection; measurement range between 0 and 400°C (user selectable)
• Output: Current 0 to 20mA or 4 to 20mA or Voltage 0 to 5V, 0 to 10V ,1 to 5V, 2 to 10V (user selectable)
• Custom range using internal zero and span pots
• Easy, PC-free configuration using DIP switches
• 3 port galvanic isolation to 1500V between power supply, input, output
• Power Supply: 19 to 40Vdc, 19 to 28Vac
